I Haven't Forgotten About You

*** NOTE:     Just wanted to let everyone that normally reads Mimi's Making Meals know that I have not been able to post any recipes recently because my Nikon camera is in the shop. I was having a problem with the lenses not autofocusing. Since I had an extended warranty, I sent it off for repair so that I can hopefully have it back in plenty of time for my trip to Brazil.

As soon as I get it back I will be posting more recipes. I miss hearing from all of you!
