4 ears of corn on the cob
Cooking Spray
Salt
Pepper
Pull the husks back up to close each ear of corn and then tie each ear tightly with a piece of cooking twine.
Place on hot grill for approximately 20-30 minutes (or until desired doneness) -- turning often.
While the corn is grilling, gather the remaining ingredients that you will need for toppings for your corn.
Sour Cream
Mayonnaise
Parmesan Cheese
Chili Powder
1 Lime
Slice lime into 8 slices.
Place all toppings - mayo/sour cream mixture, Parmesan Cheese, Chili Powder and lime slices in small containers for serving.
Coat each ear with mayo/sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Chili Powder. Squeeze lime juice all over corn.
This combination of toppings is just to die for! You taste a combination of salty, spicy and sweet in EVERY bite!
I guarantee you'll go back for seconds on this one!

Just stopping by as we are grilling our ears of corn as I type! I'm checking out the recipe again for the sour cream/mayo part and will let you know how they turn out at a high altitude...that sometimes messes up recipes for me, but I think we can pull this one off! It looks fantastic! I'll check back later tonight and let you know how they turned out! Thanks again! Love, Denise :-)
Hi Mimi,
This recipe caught my hubby's attention as he was reading over my shoulder. Looks like we'll be trying it.
Remember I had to see if I could find canned salmon in England? I told you that I did and today I finally made your salmon patties. Yummmooo!! Thanks so much for sharing great recipes.
Blessings to you!
I had to comment on this post....we love grilled corn in the husk, straight from the garden every summer....nothing beats it! But I had to say, you must be a Southern gal when I spotted your "Duke's" mayonaise!! :)
