I typically make it with regular Cool Whip and Jello, but this time I substituted Sugar-free Jello and Cool Whip Free, with equally good results. It doesn't get much easier than this with only 4 ingredients!
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese (preferably small curd)
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese (preferably small curd)
1 (3 oz.) package orange gelatin
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
That is some GOOD fluffy orange-flavored goodness right there...I love it!

I've had cherry fluff, but never orange and orange is one of my favorite flavors. YUM!
